how does one stop having internet-brain?
One view from my “usual” walk is this canopy of oak trees. But I haven’t gone for a walk in a few days because I am lazy and I am tired of the same-old route. The lack of visual interest and variety fails to flood my tiny monkey brain with dopamine, so I don’t bother to go out. The heat doesn’t help either.
How do I stop having internet-brain? How do I stop the compulsive need for constant stimulation? How do I find comfort in boredom? I’m open to suggestions.
